DID is for managing what you want to do more and less of. Behavior building.
DID lets you create quick grids for your goals. When happy with your list, print it out from your browser. It’s easy.
Make a new grid each week and print it out. Put a mark in the day’s box if you’ve done what you wanted. When then the week ends, revise the list to better fit your goals and repeat the process. If it’s your first week, start with only a couple items.

To achieve such an autonomy, a person has to learn to provide rewards to herself. - Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi
